Privacy Policy

Shuffling Stuff LLC ("we") publishes Dice Moves. This policy explains what information Dice Moves handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information, including your email address and a stable account identifier, when you create or connect an account.
• Gameplay content, such as saved matches and coaching records, when you choose account-backed cloud features.
• Limited operational events, such as whether a crash, sign-in, analysis, purchase, or advertisement operation succeeded or failed. These events do not contain identity, gameplay, transaction, message, token, or stack-trace data.
• Information you send us directly when requesting support.

Local play does not require an account. Local game data remains on your device unless you use a cloud feature.

How we use information

We use this information to provide account access, sync saved content, deliver analysis and coaching, restore purchases, respond to support requests, protect the service, and understand bounded operational failures. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking.

Services and purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases under its own terms. Dice Moves uses Amazon Web Services to provide account and cloud features. Advertising is disabled until a provider has been selected and reviewed; if enabled, Dice Moves will request only non-personalized advertisements and will provide any legally required privacy choices. Dice Moves does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or use the advertising identifier.

Retention and deletion

We retain account-backed information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and meet legal obligations. You can delete your Dice Moves account from within the app. Confirmed deletion removes account-owned cloud match data and clears associated local account data from that device. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate business records.

Your choices

You may play locally without an account, choose whether to use cloud features, restore an eligible App Store purchase, manage available ad privacy choices, or delete your account in the app. You may also contact us about access, correction, or deletion of personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as Dice Moves changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
